If a payment has been received but the transaction fails, is rejected by the provider, cannot be fulfilled, or is duplicated, JIMXStore admin will verify the order and return the eligible funds directly through the available official contact person/channel.

Customers must provide the order number, payment proof if requested, and the correct refund destination. Refunds are processed manually after verification and may follow the processing time of the bank, e-wallet, payment channel, or Midtrans settlement flow.

Jika pembayaran sudah diterima tetapi transaksi gagal, ditolak provider, tidak dapat diproses, atau terjadi pembayaran ganda, admin JIMXStore akan melakukan verifikasi pesanan dan mengembalikan dana yang memenuhi syarat secara langsung melalui kontak person/channel resmi yang tersedia.

Pelanggan wajib memberikan nomor order, bukti pembayaran jika diminta, dan tujuan pengembalian dana yang benar. Refund diproses manual setelah verifikasi dan dapat mengikuti waktu proses bank, e-wallet, kanal pembayaran, atau alur settlement Midtrans.

JIMXStore

1. Scope of Service

JIMXStore provides digital products and services, including game top up, digital vouchers, prepaid products, and data packages. Whether or not you create an account, by placing an order or completing payment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Customer Data and Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering accurate user IDs, server IDs, phone numbers, email addresses, WhatsApp numbers, and other order details. Orders that have been processed using incorrect customer data may not be cancellable or refundable.

3. Payment

Payments are processed through available payment channels, including Midtrans when enabled. The order is processed after payment is confirmed by the system, payment provider, or admin. Payment fees, channel availability, and settlement timing may follow the payment provider rules.

4. Delivery of Digital Products

Digital products are normally delivered automatically or manually after successful payment. Delivery time may vary depending on provider availability, customer data accuracy, stock, system maintenance, payment verification, and third-party service response.

5. Cancellation

Pending unpaid orders may be cancelled before payment. Paid orders that are already processed, delivered, or submitted to a provider generally cannot be cancelled unless the provider or admin confirms that the order cannot be fulfilled.

6. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved for paid failed transactions, duplicate payments, unavailable products, provider rejection, or orders that cannot be fulfilled by JIMXStore. Refunds are not guaranteed for completed orders, successfully delivered products, incorrect customer input, service misuse, or violations of these terms.

7. Customer Support and Dispute Handling

Customers should contact official support with the order number and relevant proof. JIMXStore will check the transaction, payment status, provider response, delivery status, and refund eligibility. False claims, altered payment proof, abuse, or fraudulent activity may result in refusal of service.

8. Privacy

Customer data is used to process orders, verify payments, deliver products, provide support, and comply with operational or legal requirements. JIMXStore does not sell customer personal data to third parties.

9. Changes to Terms

JIMXStore may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version published on this page applies to current and future transactions.

1. Lingkup Layanan

JIMXStore menyediakan produk dan layanan digital, termasuk top up game, voucher digital, produk prabayar, dan paket data. Dengan membuat akun atau tidak, melakukan pemesanan, atau menyelesaikan pembayaran, Anda berarti menyetujui Syarat & Ketentuan ini.

2. Data Pelanggan dan Ketepatan Pesanan

Pelanggan bertanggung jawab memasukkan user ID, server ID, nomor telepon, email, nomor WhatsApp, dan detail pesanan lain dengan benar. Pesanan yang sudah diproses menggunakan data pelanggan yang salah dapat tidak bisa dibatalkan atau direfund.

3. Pembayaran

Pembayaran diproses melalui kanal pembayaran yang tersedia, termasuk Midtrans jika aktif. Pesanan diproses setelah pembayaran dikonfirmasi oleh sistem, penyedia pembayaran, atau admin. Biaya pembayaran, ketersediaan kanal, dan waktu settlement dapat mengikuti aturan penyedia pembayaran.

4. Pengiriman Produk Digital

Produk digital umumnya dikirim otomatis atau manual setelah pembayaran berhasil. Waktu pengiriman dapat dipengaruhi ketersediaan provider, ketepatan data pelanggan, stok, maintenance sistem, verifikasi pembayaran, dan respons layanan pihak ketiga.

5. Pembatalan

Pesanan pending yang belum dibayar dapat dibatalkan sebelum pembayaran. Pesanan yang sudah dibayar, diproses, dikirim, atau diteruskan ke provider umumnya tidak bisa dibatalkan kecuali provider atau admin memastikan pesanan tidak dapat dipenuhi.

6. Kelayakan Refund

Refund dapat disetujui untuk transaksi berbayar yang gagal, pembayaran ganda, produk tidak tersedia, penolakan provider, atau pesanan yang tidak dapat dipenuhi oleh JIMXStore. Refund tidak dijamin untuk pesanan selesai, produk berhasil dikirim, kesalahan input pelanggan, penyalahgunaan layanan, atau pelanggaran syarat ini.

7. Bantuan Pelanggan dan Penyelesaian Kendala

Pelanggan dapat menghubungi support resmi dengan menyertakan nomor order dan bukti yang relevan. JIMXStore akan memeriksa transaksi, status pembayaran, respons provider, status pengiriman, dan kelayakan refund. Klaim palsu, bukti pembayaran yang diubah, penyalahgunaan, atau aktivitas fraud dapat menyebabkan penolakan layanan.

8. Privasi

Data pelanggan digunakan untuk memproses pesanan, memverifikasi pembayaran, mengirim produk, memberi bantuan, dan memenuhi kebutuhan operasional atau hukum. JIMXStore tidak menjual data pribadi pelanggan kepada pihak ketiga.

9. Perubahan Syarat

JIMXStore dapat memperbarui Syarat & Ketentuan ini dari waktu ke waktu. Versi terbaru yang dipublikasikan pada halaman ini berlaku untuk transaksi saat ini dan transaksi berikutnya.
